TJ is a National Academy of Sports Medicine & Pre-Script certified Fitness Specialist based in New York City.

  • 5+ years of serious training experience

  • Apply biomechanics to training — designing programs around joint mechanics, leverage, and movement efficiency to build strong, balanced, long-term physiques

  • Prioritize movement quality and longevity — reducing unnecessary joint stress while improving force production, control, and consistency in training

  • Bridge aesthetics and function — combining evidence-based strength training with human movement principles so clients don’t have to choose between looking good and moving well
